Country Dinner: December 12, 2011

Breakfast: Left-over breakfast items.

Lunch: Pasta and cheese sauce, and left-overs.

Dinner: Country ham, red-eye gravy (not the official kind, I guess. No coffee in our version.), cheese grits, and biscuits; peanut brittle for dessert.


Delicious meat simmering in water after a quick browning. The water that the ham has simmered in is what we call red-eye gravy. SO good!
