We were out rather late last night, and I was exhausted. So, I decided to wait until this morning to type this up.
Breakfast: Cream of wheat
Lunch: Baked potatoes
Dinner: Country ham and whatever we could find at the Iron Pitchfork competition at the Franklin farmers' market
I fixed a ton of country ham yesterday evening, so we're having that for breakfast this morning. We'll probably have it for dinner tonight as well, but hopefully I'll fix some grits or something to go along with it.
