Breakfast: Various and sundry left-overs (country ham, grits, etc.) with the option of doing your own eggs.
Lunch: Dinner for lunch! Country ham (that stuff has lasted us a lot longer than I thought it would!), mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Dinner: Creamy, poppy seed chicken casserole (I obviously don't remember the exact name...) with baked acorn squash and green peas.
Today, Mama and I are going to head out for the first "all out" grocery shopping we've done in possibly over a month. Surprisingly enough, the list doesn't really look all that bad. It's not the list I'm worried about though; it's that end total...
