Stirring Day

Did you know that yesterday was stirring day? We're making plum pudding this year. It's our first time ever doing that, so we'll see how it goes. But yesterday was stirring day. Only, yesterday was Sunday, so we're doing our Sunday "days" on Mondays. So TODAY was stirring day. Make sense? Anyway, we got our plum pudding started! Tomorrow we won't be using the oven, because that will be in there steaming for 8 hours! Like I said, we'll see. Now, on to the rest of our day:

Breakfast: Eggs and toast.

Lunch: Claire made cheese toast and pulled out left-overs. I had tomato soup and brisket.

Dinner: Claire's night! She made chicken fettuccine alfredo.

We also finally paid for the past two weeks of extended CSA baskets! It was $40, bringing the total to $385.78.
